Defiance College’s forensic science, digital forensic science and criminal justice programs will conduct a two-day summer camp for students in grades 8 to 11 on June 27-28. The Detectives of Defiance: Got Clue? camp will introduce students to crime scene investigations and forensics through a realistic mock crime scene. Students will learn how to search for and collect physical evidence such as fingerprints, shoeprints, and DNA; collect and analyze digital evidence from computers and cell phones; photograph and document a crime scene; interview suspects; and pull it all together to solve the crime. This exciting experience will show the young detectives what really happens "behind the scenes” of popular television shows. The two-day camp includes supplies, four meals, snacks and overnight lodging for $200 or $125 wit
