Organized in 1890 under the leadership of alum Samuel Neiderhauser, the Defiance College Alumni Association has been serving alums for decades. The Alumni Association, under the leadership of the executive board, is committed to continuing its original philosophy of promoting Defiance College through community service, recognition of deserving alumni and active participation in campus events and other activities. The board meets four times a year. At those meetings they discuss and plan ways to serve over 11,000 alumni in all 50 states and numerous countries. The Alumni Association welcomes input from all alumni and friends of Defiance College.
